Meet our Dentist

Dr. Mark Franklin is at the center of Mark Franklin Family Dentistry, a family dentist in Owasso. He graduated in 1983 from Oklahoma University’s College of Dentistry. Dr. Franklin is a devoted Christian and attends First Baptist Church of Owosso and believes in contributing to many charitable causes. He has been married to Tammy for many years, who does foster care and works with a local dog rescue for pugs. Dr. Franklin is a family man and is devoted to loving his family and believes in treating his patients like family as well. He always respects his patients’ time and needs. He got into dentistry because he liked the combination of skill and science. 

Kindness is very much a part of Dr. Franklin’s personality and he is always looking out for others and trying to help in any way possible.  He believes in being honest and offers treatment plans that are customized to the patient and patient’s needs. But, he also understands that finances are an important factor to consider when getting dental work done. He does this all with kindness and compassion for his patients and it shows with the years of repeat patients that come back year after year. 

When Dr. Franklin isn’t being a dentist, he enjoys time with his family most of all. He enjoys a healthy lifestyle that includes going to the gym and running but also enjoys watching football, like most anyone in Oklahoma. He loves the outdoors, interacting with people, and enjoys helping where he can. His world is centered around his family and his love for Jesus Christ. He believes that overall health means enjoying life and your health. He enjoys his time at the lake and, of course, fishing when he has the time as well as spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
